Dear Friends;
Welcome to the web site for the West Virginia Convention of Southern Baptists. You should be able to find here information about most of our events and activities. If there is something you have a question about, feel free to call the particular staff person associated with that event. Or if you just have a question in general, then please call my administrative assistant, Susan Carpenter and she will be glad to help you.
We are excited about what we see God doing in the life of our convention. We have been calling our people to prayer to ask God for renewal and awakening. We realize that the problems that plague us today cannot be resolved by a bill passed in congress or signed by the President. We need a powerful touch from Almighty God and that will come when God’s people humble ourselves and call upon Him and repent of our sin.
Would you join me in prayer asking God to do a wonderful work in our state and in our country? God wants to send revival and it can begin here in West Virginia just as well as anywhere else in the country.
If there is any way that I or any of the state convention staff can be of assistance to you, please do not hesitate to call upon us. Our office number is 304-757-0944. If you are in the Teay’s Valley Area, stop in to see us. We are located just off of I-64 near the Scott Depot Exit.
Thank you,
Terry L. Harper
Executive Director-Treasurer

Most importantly, you and your ministry will learn how you may play a crucial role in the ERLC’s effort to address our moral concerns. Your presence will be essential to establishing an effective grassroots organization among Southern Baptists.
